Late 2021, I told company leaders that window of opportunity is wide open and it is time to position themselves to benefit from reshuffling in the industry and for new growth. Now we see companies growing from taking advantage of reshuffling and capturing new growth from non-MLM experienced people seeking opportunities in MLM industry.
While previous top 10 companies are struggling, new companies with innovative products, trendy comPlan, and organization culture acceptable by MZ generation are positioning themselves for their next giant step.
The change in Top 10 list has started and becoming a part of new Top 10 will take more than re-wrapping of existing products and tweaking of comPlan. Like old saying, “old ways cannot open new doors!”
